Riello

Riello is a big Italian company from Legnago near Verona. They were founded in 1920 and built the first oil-fuelled Riello burner in 1923, specifically to power baker's ovens. Since then they have diversified widely but still focus strongly on burners and boilers for industrial, commercial and domestic markets. Many are powered by oil (diesel) but they also offer many gas and dual-fuel products as well as solar panels, heat exchangers, HVAC equipment, process heaters and a wide variety of other equipment. They have been a part of United Technologies Corporation since 2016 and also own Vokera, a name better known in the UK than the parent company.

Riello-badged products have an excellent reputation for build quality, reliability, efficiency and low emissions. Riello products, whether it is a Riello photocell or a high powered Riello RDB burner, are always high quality. Vokera on the other hand are regarded as a budget brand - albeit one of the better ones and relatively easy to service. "Vokera & Riello Ltd." are based in Tonbridge.
