Vaillant TURBOmax Plus Boiler Spares

The Vaillant Turbomax 800 series were mostly sold between 2002 and 2005. Other Turbomax models include the 200 series (first made in 1998) and the Turbomax Pro, which was in production until 2008. Although not quite as energy efficient as the Ecotec range, the efficiency of Turbomax boilers is still good and their build quality likewise. Despite their age, they were better built than many more recent boilers. Most are well worth repairing and will give many more years of service. Fortunately, the spare parts needed by Turbomax models are still readily available. Many are also compatible with other models including the Aquaplus range. For example, the Vaillant Turbomax plus 837e fan (part number 190262) is also suitable for Aquaplus models from 2002 to 2010. The Vaillant Turbomax plus 824e fan (part number 190215) also fits the 828e. The numerous part numbers used for Vaillant products can be confusing. For example, a Vaillant Turbomax plus 824e fan may be labelled 190215, 190272 or 0020020008. Similarly, if you need a replacement Vaillant Turbomax plus 828e pump, you can use several pump variations including the 160928, 161106 and 160969. If you need help identifying a Vaillant Turbomax plus 824e fan, Vaillant Turbomax plus 824e aqua sensor, Vaillant Turbomax plus 837e fan, Vaillant Turbomax plus 824e heat exchanger or any other replacement part, just give our experts a call. Early Turbomax problems with air handling and diverter valves were quickly improved in later revisions, but budget for replacing the diverter valves every few years. It’s also important to look after your heat exchanger by ensuring the water circulating in your central heating is kept clean. If you look after these good quality boilers, you will get years of service from them.
