RM Cylinders

Many homes have hot water cylinders as part of their heating and hot water solutions. The principal types of hot water cylinders are vented, and unvented. Vented cylinders usually get their supply from a tank or cistern, whilst unvented fill directly from the mains.

Here at Heating and Plumbing World, we offer a substantial range of water cylinders, including a selection from RM Cylinders, a leading manufacturer of water solutions, including copper and stainless steel cylinders, and custom-made units.

When it comes to RM cylinders, there are several different ranges available, perhaps the most popular being the Stelflow series. These unvented cylinders have been designed to offer significant storage capacities and can be used in domestic or commercial settings.

The Stelflow direct unvented hot water cylinder range is made from Duplex Stainless Steel and uses innovative components to reduce heat loss, boost recovery, and ensure hot water flows reliably and quickly to single or multiple outlets. They are fitted with 2 x 3kW Immersion Heaters and a plastic outer casing and are available in capacities ranging from 120L to 300L. There is also a 'slimline' version available.

The Stelflow indirect hot water cylinders are fitted with a bespoke cold inlet dip pipe and can be used with gas or oil boilers. They are made from Duplex Stainless Steel. These are available in standard, 'slimline', horizontal, 'solar', and high-gain versions and in various capacities, including 120L, 150L, 180L, 210L, 250L, and 300L.

RM Cylinders also offer the Stelflow Pre plumb unvented cylinder as a retrofit solution. This has a bespoke pre-plumbed kit that reduces installation time and helps provide a standardised plumbing configuration.
