One of GWS's main products is the SuperFlow series of pressure tanks. This series is ideally suited for situations where high-pressure ratings and/or high volumes are needed. This might include hot water circulation systems, pressure booster systems, irrigation systems, or water hammer arresting in multistorey/high-rise buildings such as hospitals, hotels, business centres, or shopping complexes. The SuperFlow series features an interchangeable membrane which can be replaced as needed.
SuperFlow tanks are available in volumes from 8 litres right up to 10,000 litres, and in bar pressure ratings of 10,16, or 25. This means that there is one to suit almost every application. All tanks with volumes of 100L or more also have a built-in pressure gauge, which enables easy and efficient monitoring of pressure levels.
Like all GWS products, the SuperFlow series of tanks are rigorously tested at various stages of production to ensure that they offer optimal structural integrity and performance. The series comes with a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase that covers any manufacturing defects on the steel shell.
The SuperFlow series of tanks are designed to meet the EN13831:2007 technical standard and produced in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.
Here at Heating and Plumbing World, we stock several SuperFlow tanks, including the 150L 25 Bar Vertical Expansion Vessel, which weighs in at 67Kg and has a maximum temperature of 90 degrees Celsius. This model features the replaceable membrane, has a high-grade butyl diaphragm, built-in pressure gauge, and built-in pressure switch connection, allowing for integration with pump control systems. Lifting lugs are mounted to make it easier to move around. The 25 bar pressure rating is more than sufficient for most applications.
