We supply refurbished genuine boiler spares, these include printed circuit boards, control boxes, fans and actuators some of which are now obsolete. New replacement spares are often expensive, Heating and Plumbing World can offer you a cost effective alternative. All refurbished parts come with 12 months warranty. Our service works on a service exchange basis.
What is service exchange?
A service exchange is when we supply you with the required part from our stock/supplier to ensure the boiler is back working as soon as possible you then have 14 days to send back their faulty parts to replenish our stock so we can then refurbish the parts for the next customer.
If we do not have the part required in stock we may still be able to help. You can send in their faulty part for repair we will then arrange for that part to be refurbished and then return to yourself. It is important that we receive the faulty part in return as we need the parts to refurbish and re-stock.
What happens if I do not return the old parts?
It is the customers responsibility to return their old faulty parts. If we do not receive the old exchange part you will be charged in order to obtain a replacement and the warranty on the supplied part will be void.
